is an ongoing culinary collaboration between Julia Heifer and Zsuzsanna Toth based in Berlin and Brandenburg.
 
Our restaurant GAIA in Gerswalde is open April - October. 

We cook seasonal dishes in site-specific settings. Considering both soil and soul we work predominantly with organic garden produce and our intuition.

With backgrounds in creative direction, fashion and journalism our work is rooted in translating environments into tangible forms. The same approach applies to our culinary practice. We source with curiosity from our natural habitat to create simple, spontaneous meals and individual gatherings.
